1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Bluffr AI mobile application (the "App"), published by CUB-ITH, a French micro-enterprise (SIREN: 992 934 448). By using the App, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Bluffr AI is an entertainment application offering a fun facial and behavioral expression analysis experience. The App uses your device's camera to detect facial expressions, your microphone to transcribe voice responses, and generates a fictional behavioral analysis result via third-party AI models.
The App offers two modes:
- Free mode: analysis with advertisements (Google AdMob)
- Premium mode: detailed AI-powered analysis (xAI/Grok), accessible through in-app credit purchases
3. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence
The App uses the following AI services to generate analysis results:
- xAI Corp. (Grok) — facial and behavioral expression analysis
- OpenAI / OpenAI Ireland Ltd (Whisper) — voice transcription
These services receive limited data (numerical expression coefficients and text transcriptions) exclusively for result generation. This data is not used to train their AI models. By using the App, you explicitly consent to this data transmission after being informed via the dedicated consent screen at first launch.
🎭 Results provided by Bluffr AI are purely fictional and for entertainment. The App does not claim to reliably detect lies. Results should never be used to accuse, judge, or make decisions about a person.
4. Camera and Microphone Access
The App requires access to your device's front camera and microphone to function. These accesses are used exclusively for real-time facial expression analysis and voice transcription. No photos, videos, or audio recordings are captured, recorded, or stored. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. In-App Purchases
- Purchases are managed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, except as required by law
- Credits do not expire
- Displayed prices include applicable taxes
For refund requests, please contact Google Play or the App Store directly in accordance with their respective policies.
6. Advertising
The App's free mode displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, subject to your prior consent. These advertisements are subject to Google's advertising policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the App (design, code, text, images, sounds, Bluffr AI brand) are the exclusive property of CUB-ITH and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.
8. Liability
- CUB-ITH shall not be held liable for any use of App results outside its entertainment purpose
- CUB-ITH shall not be liable for content generated by third-party AI models (xAI/Grok)
- CUB-ITH does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App
- Use of the App is at your sole risk
9. AI Content Reporting
If an AI-generated result seems offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate, you can report it directly from the App's results screen. CUB-ITH commits to processing these reports within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Third-Party Consent
If you use the App to analyze another person's facial expressions, you must obtain their prior informed consent. You are solely responsible for complying with this obligation. CUB-ITH disclaims all liability in case of use without consent.
11. Minimum Age
The App is intended for persons aged 12 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 12 years old or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Privacy
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Modifications
CUB-ITH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of CUB-ITH's registered office.

Bluffr AI est une application de divertissement qui propose une expérience ludique d'analyse d'expressions faciales et comportementales. L'Application utilise la caméra de votre appareil pour détecter des expressions faciales, votre microphone pour transcrire vos réponses vocales, et génère un résultat fictif d'analyse comportementale via des modèles d'IA tiers.
L'Application propose deux modes :
- Mode gratuit : analyse avec publicités (Google AdMob)
- Mode premium : analyse détaillée via IA (xAI/Grok), accessible par crédits achetés dans l'application
3. Intelligence artificielle tierce
L'Application utilise les services d'IA suivants :

Ces services reçoivent des données limitées exclusivement pour la génération du résultat. Ces données ne sont pas utilisées pour entraîner leurs modèles d'IA. 🎭 Les résultats fournis par Bluffr AI sont purement fictifs et ludiques. L'Application ne prétend pas détecter les mensonges de manière fiable. Les résultats ne doivent jamais être utilisés pour accuser, juger ou prendre des décisions concernant une personne.
4. Accès à la caméra et au microphone
L'Application requiert l'accès à la caméra frontale et au microphone de votre appareil. Ces accès sont utilisés exclusivement pour l'analyse des expressions faciales et la transcription vocale en temps réel. Aucune photo, vidéo ou enregistrement audio n'est capturé ou stocké. Vous pouvez révoquer ces autorisations à tout moment dans les paramètres de votre appareil.
5. Achats intégrés
- Les achats sont gérés par Google Play Store ou Apple App Store
- Les crédits achetés sont non remboursables, sauf disposition légale contraire
- Les crédits n'ont pas de date d'expiration
- Les prix affichés incluent les taxes applicables

6. Publicité
Le mode gratuit de l'Application affiche des publicités fournies par Google AdMob, sous réserve de votre consentement préalable. Ces publicités sont soumises aux règles publicitaires de Google.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
L'ensemble des éléments de l'Application (design, code, textes, images, sons, marque Bluffr AI) sont la propriété exclusive de CUB-ITH et sont protégés par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction ou exploitation non autorisée est interdite.
8. Responsabilité
- CUB-ITH ne saurait être tenu responsable de toute utilisation des résultats en dehors du cadre de divertissement
- CUB-ITH ne saurait être tenu responsable du contenu généré par les modèles d'IA tiers (xAI/Grok)
- CUB-ITH ne garantit pas la disponibilité ininterrompue de l'Application
- L'utilisation de l'Application se fait sous votre entière responsabilité
9. Signalement de contenu IA
Si un résultat généré par l'IA vous semble offensant, inexact ou inapproprié, vous pouvez le signaler depuis l'écran de résultats de l'Application. CUB-ITH s'engage à traiter ces signalements dans un délai raisonnable.
10. Consentement des tiers
Si vous utilisez l'Application pour analyser les expressions faciales d'une autre personne, vous devez obligatoirement obtenir son consentement préalable et éclairé. Vous êtes seul responsable du respect de cette obligation. CUB-ITH décline toute responsabilité en cas d'utilisation sans consentement.
11. Âge minimum
L'Application est destinée aux personnes de 12 ans et plus. En utilisant l'Application, vous confirmez avoir au moins 12 ans ou disposer de l'autorisation d'un parent ou tuteur légal.
12. Confidentialité
L'utilisation de l'Application est soumise à notre Politique de confidentialité qui fait partie intégrante des présentes CGU.
13. Modification des CGU
CUB-ITH se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. Les modifications entrent en vigueur dès leur publication. L'utilisation continue de l'Application après modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles CGU.
14. Droit applicable
Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents de la juridiction du siège social de CUB-ITH.
